Movements in Dance

Since 1989, MID has provided high quality dance education to the recreational once-a-week dancer, as well as students aspiring a career in the professional world of dance. Classes are offered from ages 2-18. Movements in Dance has become a studio recognized on a global level, producing national award winning choreography and dancers, as well has professional artist working in the dance industry today. Located in Fairmont, WV Movements in Dance leads their students to develop confidence, dedication, and a love for dance in an artistic environment for students of all ages.

Ballet

This class offers ballet technique starting with a ballet barre, continue into center with ballet combos. From beginner to advanced

Preschool Fundamentals

This class offers a fun and creative environment perfect for preschoolers. First half hour focusing on introducing ballet steps, followed by second half hour of tap.

Hip Hop

This class offers a high energy, dynamic street dance style groove, allowing students to express their personalities through choreography and freestyle. Both mini and advanced classes offered.
